How To Lose Weight Fast Before Chinese New Year

At 8 sharp this morning, my friend called me up to help her look for a good diet supplement. She ate too much over the festive holidays and found herself overweight by more than 5lbs. She wants to lose it all by Chinese New Year, which is less than a month away. I told her she still has plenty of time and 5lbs isnt a lot of to get rid of. It’s best she lay off all the fattening food for the time being and go on a diet instead of popping pills. One cannot be lazy and expect all the gained weight to disappear overnight. With regular exercise like brisk walking and a diet of lots of fruits and vegetables, i’m sure she’ll look great by Chinese New Year. I’m doing that now as i want to look HOT this year.
