I had a big shock when i got back from my Christmas holidays. I found an email from one of my hosting service informing me that they’ve auto-renewed my hosting for another two years. I wanted to terminate that account as i have far too many hosting accounts for my network of blogs. It’s difficult to manage so many blogs if they are under different hosting accounts, you know. I quickly sent them an email requesting that they reverse the renewal as it’s not due for another 10 days.

I was so glad they agreed to do that despite having charged my credit card. Now, i have to make sure that payment is fully reversed. I’ve kept all the correspondence with the hosting company and will use it as proof to my credit card issuer should they fail to honor what’s stated in the email regarding the cancellation and credit reversal. My friend recommended that i try out justhost. I think i’ll stick with my current webhosting service for another year and see how my business goes.
