Buy Insurance When You Are Young

I just got back from the bank. There were so many people there. I was in a hurry and went to inquire from the customer service what’s happening. Apparently, the people were there to buy some newly launched Government Bonds. She gave me a brochure and told me to go through it. I’m not interested as i feel that the dividend is still paltry compared to what my own investments pays me. But many people who dont know much about investments will snap these offers up as it’s definitely more than what Fixed Deposits pays them.
What about you? Do you buy Government Bonds? Or are you the kind that prefer to put all your money into Fixed Deposits. I have a friend who buys term life insurance as a form of investment. She says apart from getting dividend from it, her family is also protected should anything happen to her. I believe by the time she cash in her policy, it’s going to pay her a lot of money. Do you have term life insurance? If you dont, you can check out the link i left here in this post to find out more about term life insurance. It’s good to buy when you are still young. A little goes a long way.
