I woke up rather late this morning and found that hubby had left the house. I totally forgotten that he had to go on a business trip today. I even called him to ask what time he’s coming home to take us out for lunch, lol. I’m getting more and more forgetful by the day and not liking it one bit, k. After bathing and making sure the kids are well fed and happily playing at the living hall, i sneaked back into my room and had a good 30 minutes workout on my WiiFit. I felt so much better after doing some Yoga poses on my WiiFit. I’m not going to keep it under the bed anymore. It’s staying where i left it.

Did you know that the WiiFit provides a lot of exercise programs for you to workout in the comfort of your own home? Not many people have the time, nor the money to go to a Gym these days.
