Kids love swings. It’s a fact. Mine are addicted to the swings more than anything else when they go to the playground. We do have a swing back home too. And also a baby swing set across the field courtesy of my generous neighbor. She bought that for her kid more than 10 years ago. Now, i can see a parent bringing their baby over to have a go at the baby swing each evening if it doesnt rain.

Can you remember the times how you enjoyed yourself at the swings when you were a kid? I do. I miss my childhood days a lot. We do get a lot of freedom those days. Kids seldom get to go anywhere without adult supervision these days, thanks to lunatics prowling the neighborhood. If you have a large compound, garden or backyard, it’ll be a good idea if you can install a swing there for your kids.

Ours is a metal swing, and can seat around 4 kids or 3 adults comfortably. Why not check out some of these good quality wooden swing sets. See if they can fit in your garden or not. I have a tip to share. If you have a newborn who’s very difficult to calm down, take him to the swing. The back and forth rocking movement will calm him down.
