Do you know that it’s not good to watch TV in the dark. The glare coming from the bright screen without any form of backlighting can put a strain on your eyes. My eyes get watery and tired each time i watch tv in a completely dark room. If you have a tv room complete with a home theater system, you may want to have a few of these home theater lighting installed.
