The importance of customer service survey

I went for tea with my best friend this evening. It’s been a long time since i last saw her. Her baby just turned one and is becoming a real handful. So is mine. But i send mine to day care during weekdays. If not, i wont have time to myself nor get to meet up with her. She suggested we go to the coffeehouse near my place. I’ve not been there for a long time as i dont really like their service.
But since i only have about an hour to spare, i agreed. I’m surprised at how much the place has changed over the past few months. The food has improved, and the waitress and waiters there are more polite. I think it must have due to the new management the restaurant is under now. I even saw some customer service survey forms on the table for us to provide feedback too.
I wonder if they are using Service Intelligence or not. I heard of them from a friend before. Well, if i were to run my own business next time, it’s also a good idea to gather lots of customer feedback so that we can improve on our service too.
