A friend asked me the other day how i can stay so slim even after two kids. Well, for one, i dont really stuff my face all day long like many of my friends do. You see, being Malaysian, eating seems to be the their prime hobby. That’s also partly due to the vast variety of foods that we have, lol. Not for me though. I dont need fat burners like Ephedrasil Hardcore to stay slim. Light meals throughout the day and regular exercise everyday is my formula to achieve an ideal weight. What about you?
