What Google new toolbar Pageranks??

I just got back from reading Matt Cutts blog and he mentioned something about the new Google toolbar, Pageranks values. I’m especially excited over the part in which he says Google will be expiring some older penalties on websites. What does that mean? They’ll gimme back my PR? I’m so gonna pray to Google-God every single day if i ever get my PR back across all my blogs that got smacked to PR0 last year….

Meanwhile, this is what he wrote:

Hey folks, I wanted to let you know that new toolbar PageRank values should become visible over the next few days. I’m expecting that also in the next few days that we’ll be expiring some older penalties on websites.
