Wordpress spam injection

I read from a blog buddy that one of her sites got injected with spammy links. Wordpress Spam Injection is mainly carried out by Blackhat SEO. It targets Wordpress blogs, especially those with high pagerank, traffic and also high paying keywords. I dont think my blogs fall into those three categories. You cannot view those codes like you normally would inside View Page Source. It takes a skilled webmaster to detect those spammy links.
Be on the lookout for PSA ads on your homepage, or any other page that you are 100% sure you wont ever get PSA. It’s a sure sign that Google has deindexed that page and removed all relevant contextual ads until those links are removed. I think i have a lot of checking to do for the next few days. I have set up Google Alerts with those common terms normally used for spam to alert me across all my adsense sites. I hope i wont ever encounter any Wordpress Spam Injection on my blogs.
