Is anyone reading this knows anything about this new Nike running shoes whereby it tells you about your running through the iPod? Mine’s worn out and it’s time to buy a new pair. Read about it in the newspaper, but havent seen the real thing yet. I went to Jusco to check it our the other day. It was on display at the shop and i walked in and asked the salesgirl but apparently, she doesnt know a thing about the pair of shoes. Talk about professionalism…. where got!!!!
I ranted to my friend and she asked me to check out runningcenters.com instead. That’s where she buys hers. Running Centers offers many choices when shopping for an athletic shoe. I know that a good shoe is the best investment one can make to prevent injury and help make one’s feet feel better, whether running, walking, working out at the gym, or just standing on your feet all day. I’m going to buy mine there also. The online store features a wide selection of name brand athletic shoes, like Asics, Brooks, Nike, Addias, Mizuno, Saucony and New Balance.

You’re talking about the Nike+ Sport Kit. You don’t need a pair of Nike+ shoes to run with it, so get whatever shoes you like best. Check out the sport kit at Amazon or the Nike+ website (nikeplus.nike.com). Read about 10 ways to attach the sensor to any shoe on 400mToGo (http://www.400mtogo.com/2008/02/13/10-different-ways-to-attach-a-nike-sensor-to-your-shoe/)
I love my Nike+ kit and highly recommend it.
