I love going for a beer session with hubby every now and then. Now that we have children, we make it a point not to drink too much and also we only go to the nearby foodcourt. Though it’s within walking distance, we take the car there just in case it rains. Gone are the days when we do lots of club-hopping with friends and drink the night away.

Each time we drink, we will remind ourselves that we have kids and it’s our responsibility to stay within our limits and not to drink and drive. If hubby choose to drink a mug or two extra that night, then i’ll stick to only a mug as i will be the one driving home for the night. My friend was knocked down by a drunk driver on his way home once.

He’s lucky as he wasnt badly hurt but he decided to seek compensation from the driver. Well, his attorneys took care of that for him and even hauled the fler to court.
