I just learned from my sis that my brother-in-law has a lot of unsettled credit card debts. He’s having problem meeting up with the monthly payments. The banks have been sending him reminders and if he doesnt pay, he may be faced with legal action soon.

I told him he’s better go have a word with one of the banks to see what they can do to help him out. I think what they’ll do is help him consolidate some of those outstanding bills and offer him a lower interest rate. He can then repay it in a longer installments. Sigh…. another credit card victim in the market….
