My friend is happy to let us know that she finally found her dream house. She’s now looking for mortgage lenders to finalise the deal. I’ve been around looking at houses too. So far, havent found one that i really like. I’m not in a hurry. I like it where i am now. Maybe when the kids are bigger.

If you were to ask me for a reason to move away from here, i’d have to say it’s those darned rats. I must make 100% sure that my new house is free of rats before i pay my downpayment. Meanwhile, i still have to live with those rats. Gee…. time to go make some new mouse traps. Wonder how many rats will i catch tonight.
