A girlfriend of mine was a very successful corporate leader until she decided to ditch it all to stay home to be with her baby. It was a drastic decision, and not a planned one too. She stayed home for three whole years. It was during the third year that she started to miss all the action that her working life brought her previously.

She felt there was no challenge in sitting home day tending to her baby. Her hubby saw that she’s becoming more and more unhappy bu the day and had a talk with her. They agreed that she give work another go. Baby is big enough to attend nursery during the days and there is her MIL to help keep an eye on thing with the help of a maid.

She wanted to start with something that gives her the flexibility of work and yet still enables her to play a part in her baby’s life. She chose to set up an online store with the help of a friend. He helped her with designing, programming, web development and also Internet marketing. My friend is doing well so far, she’s happier these days and i’m happy for her too.
