I love it each time my nieces and nephew come back for their semester break. We do get together and discuss their ambitions and dreams and life. I know studies comes first, but in a year or two, they will leave the comfort of their university life and start earning a living. It’s not easy. I’ve been in the rat race before and dont really enjoy it. That’s why i stopped working for other people when i was 23. A few years is more than enough for me and i went on to start my very own interior design firm.

My nephew was telling me the other day about a very good idea of his and he wants to give it a try. His only obstacle is finding the people to work with. It’s not easy looking for partners that shares the same vision and interest as you. And this is especially true when it comes to people with a great idea to sell but lacks the technical skill to carry out the project. I told my nephew to check out befounders.com.     intersting. Not many people there yet, but seems like a great idea. I’ve got a million biz ideas but I can never find motivated programmers. I can find programmers that want $60 an hour and work to spec, but that doesn’t work for me.
