I went to Old Town as i had some banking to do HSBC and Maybank. Had lunch at Sun Seng Fatt and saw this old building under construction. I hope they retain the facade as it’s very old and it’ll be a shame to demolish all the olden architectural mouldings and chinese characters for new modern cladding. I’ll be back in a few weeks time and i hope to see more progress. Will post a pic of the completed project up later on. Check back, ya.
