My SIL was arguing with me the other day over her car being an investment. I laughed out loud at her cos she tried to rub it in that i dont have one. Since when has a car turned into an investment? I wont call it one unless a sugar daddy bought it for me, i dont even need to maintain that thing and yet keep the money when i sell it. It’s a money sucker. I asked her how much she bought hers and how much it’s worth now. It’s resale value is down by 50% percent and she’s still paying her monthly installments. She’s going to suffer a huge loss when she sells it, lol. I know a car is a necessity these days, but please… dont call it an investment. I dont really need one as i can use the spare cars at home. I might as well invest my money elsewhere and get some return at the end of the day. Buy a car? Hahahah… not at the moment.
