You wouldnt believe it. I just reactivated my ICQ. And the first this it does is tells me to update it or else i cant proceed, lol. The blue bar is still at 30% and dont seem to be moving at all. The lines are getting crappier by the day and i dont think we’re getting the speed we’re paying for. Thanks to monolopy by knnccb Screamyass. I heard from my nephew that they are capping the download speed to prevent downloading from BT sites. Ok, my ICQ’s installed and running. And i’ve no one on my list, wtf. Who still uses ICQ these days?
