I’ve been around the neighborhood and found that some developers have cleared away the old dilapidated houses to make way for new housing. Hubby says if the price is right, we may consider putting a downpayment for one provided its design is appealing. He doesnt like the idea of buying a new property and knocking portions of it down for remodeling works like what his friends like to do. It’s a total waste of money. We know as we’ve been in this line of business for years. I just want to move in right away after furnishing it, lol.
He had a friend who opted for an Oregon mortgage refinance when he bought his house. His wife wanted more living area and as he has lots of land at the backyard, he extended the kitchen so that it can accommodate a huge island right in the middle and still leaves room for a dining table for twelve. He says he wouldnt have been able to do that if not for Oregon mortgage refinance as he saved a lot on interest alone when he took up their remortgage. You may want to check them out too if you want to remodel your house.
