I blogged about hubby’s friend coming back to live here previously. Apart from having to buy a new place here, he has to sell off most of his properties overseas. But i know he’ll want to keep his house as he will want to go back once in a while. Though he’s coming here for good, he still has a lot of friends there. Moreover, he’s been living there for more than 30 years. I wonder what it’ll be like to leave a place that’s you’ve grown so familiar with and start all over again. I dont think it’s easy unless you are prepared for all the changes ahead of you.

I have relatives whose kids refuse to come back after their studies. They say they’ve grown used to living overseas and prefer working there. Nothing they’ll do will make them come back to live here. How sad. But i know it’s gonna be hard to just leave a place you’ve grown accustomed to and start all over again. I’ve experienced that before and i know the hassle of having to sell of properties and things like that. But if you need to sell off your properties, you can list them on a Real Estate Directory so that potential buyers can view it. Or you can also hire a real eatate broker to handle all the nitty gritty documentation for you.
