My friend Jackson’s been complaining that he’s getting rounder at the middle. he loves to drink beer but seldom exercises. He has one of those elliptical exercise machine but he keeps it under the bed only. If he were to workout on it for at least 15 minutes a day, i’m sure he’ll see some results.
