Each time my friend pays a visit to his dentist, he will complain of his high charges. I told him if he finds his fees unreasonable, he can always file a complaint against the dentist or look for another one. He says they are all the same unless you have some form of discount dental plan. He heard that they are affordable and yet provides comprehensive coverage for all his dental needs.
