I’ve stressed many times over in my blogs the importance of having a good credit rating. One of the easiest way to have a good credit rating is to pay your credit bills on time. And i dont mean pay the minimum amount. Back to a good credit rating. You see, the other day, for the umpteenth time, i received another letter informing me that i have a pre-approved loan of 50k. The bank has even attached all the relevant documents neatly filled up just waiting for me to sign on the dotted line only. And this only happens when you have a good credit rating with them.

No, i didnt return the form back to them cos i have no use for the money. It’s tempting though as the interest rate offered is very low. So, it goes to show that if you have a good credit rating with the bank, you have no problem obtaining loans from them in the future.
