I’ve been checking out a few new housing development projects over these few months. I may not be buying a house right now, but i like to see what kind of concept those developers are coming up with every now and then. The current trend is three storey bungalow linked units. It’s huge and each unit has quite a large garden which i like. So much pace for my kids to run about and play in the evenings. For me, i may find it a tad too big as i only have two kids. I think they are more suitable for a family of at least 8 persons.

I’m still staying with my in-laws. Though one i may not get the privacy i’m so dying for, it still comes with lots of perks. I dont have to maintain the house, for one.
