I got another call from one of our local banks today telling me i have a pre-approved loan of Rm5k and that they will send me the cheque with a simple yes. YES!!! All i needed to lay my hands on the Rm5k is a simple YES, believe you me. Dont you think this is not right. I understand that this is only offered to those who have a proven perfect credit rating with the bank. But, personally, i feel that it is not the way to do business.

I still prefer the traditional way of going to the bank to apply for personal loans, secured loans, or homeloans. This allows me to speak personally with the officer and compare loans rates for the best offer. From there, i can check to see if the amount i’m borrowing, how much i’m repaying, and the interest rates being charged.
