Time to replace those ugly windows

If i were to own my house next time, the first thing i’ll do is to replace all those developer windows with double-paned ones. There are a few reasons why i want to do that. As i live in a very hot country, i can prevent energy loss by keeping heat penetration to my indoors low. The air-conditioner will not have to work so hard just to keep the house interior cool. This in turn, will help lower my electricity bill.

Another reason is those windows supplied by developers are usually of low quality despite we paying quite a high price for the house. Moreover, getting replacement windows is much better in the long run. I can also choose what designs that i like instead of those boring developer’s aluminium windows.
