To rent or not to rent?

My mom’s real estate broker must be a really lousy one. Her house is up for sale since last year, and to date, it’s still unsold. When i asked her, she says my brothers wants to fetch a higher price. There’s always a market rate as to how high a price one should call. I certainly wouldnt want to pay 10k extra for a house unless it has great feng shui.

But who believes in feng shui lah. I, for one, dont believe in it. Well, i hope she sells it quick. Even though it’s an empty house, she still has to maintain the garden and other stuffs. What a waste of time and money. My suggestion would be to rent it out to a nice working couple without kids for the time being. Let’s see what she says.
