i.Tech Clip II Mini bluetooth headset

I bought the i.Tech Clip II Mini bluetooth headset when i bought the Samsung mobile phone for hubby. The salesgirl paired it for him. I never use bluetooth headsets as i hardly ever talk on the phone. I prefer the loudspeaker as i dont really like having the phone close to my ears at all.
Hubby complains that the headset keeps getting disconnected from the phone most of the time. Bugs the hell out of him. This thing costs a whopping Rm250 if i’m not wrong, and he can hardly use it most of the time. He thought it may be due to the battery being weak. But then, it’s alos not the case as he makes sure it’s fully charged all the time.

He now use the wired headset that came with his phone more when in the car. Why bother with using a bluetooth headset when half the time, it doesnt work. We have to take it back to the shop and see what’s wrong with it. Sucks, man.
