Do you know that some bloggers are contemplating suing one of those advertising networks for copyrights issue. If you’re in this business, you’ll know what i’m talking about. I just got back from the forum, and they are still at it there. A company has quietly changed their TOS recently without informing all their members which they are supposed to. This is NOT RIGHT!!!! VERY UNETHICAL ON THEIR PART.

The company now says that advertisers can use the opps any way they deem fit and many are not in favor of that. The bloggers feel that their work are solely theirs only and cannot be reproduced even though they have been paid for the links. I hope their lawyers are as good as Simmons Jannace & Stagg, whose lawyers are encouraged to approach each case with a fresh perspective and to look for opportunities to resolve conflicts in a cost-efficient and effective way. We shall all wait and see.
