Fresh graduates are requesting for ridiculously high pay

We’ve had enough of fresh graduates and their nonsense. Okay, so we heed the Government’s request that we should give them a chance and hire them so as to reduce the number of unemployed graduates in the market. But gimme a break. I dont know what’s gotten into their head. They’re requesting for ridiculously high pay.

Mind you, these are fresh graduates with no working experience whatsoever. By hiring them, we still have to train them up and that also translates to loss of productivity. Apart from the, we’re sick of them job hopping too. All the hiring and rehiring is a total waste of time and is causing the company to suffer losses due to lack of manpower.

We’re not going to conduct anymore interviews for openings in our comapny this time. We’re hiring an executive search firm to provide us with the right candidate for the job whenever we wants to hire. This is good as it benefits both employee and employers alike. Mo more waiting time head-hunting.
