Used Car Lemon Law

My uncle bought a new car recently. Not, not exactly new. It’s a used car to be exact. But to him, it’s new. My uncle isnt a well-to-do man. He worked hard and finally managed to save up enough cash to buy his very first car at age 40. He used to drive around in his company’s car. His family expanded and he bought this car for my aunt to ferry the kids to and from school.
The car started giving him problems the very first week he bought it. He took it back to the used-car dealer and was given the runarounr. They told him used cars are like that and they are reluctant to do anything about it. My uncle felt cheated. He worked so hard for it and now, it rattles whenever he starts the engine.
His friend knew a few Ohio based lemon law lawyers and recommended that he pay a visit to Burdge Law office, who represents new and used car buyers who may have purchased a defective car, truck, motorcycle, or RV. He told him that he’ll be able to help my uncle out under used car lemon law. That’s good to hear. I hope my uncle gets the compensation that he’s entitled to soon.
