Ya, it’s true. You wont be able to claim your Paypal funds unless you have a US account registered with them. Is this their way of singling out “unfavorable” countries? Why are they doing this knowing that we have incoming funds. So, it’s now all stuck there, sitting pretty. Though i’ve bought my VMI card and activated it, Paypal still havent been confirmed my account yet. Still gotta wait for the deposits like they said in their confirmation email. I’ve checked my VMI account, nothing from them yet…………… geeezzz.
