My friend has this bad habit of defaulting on her credit cards and car loan repayments. I’ve advised her many times that should pay on time. If she continues, it’ll affect her credit rating as a whole. But my driend wouldnt listen. She kept saying she IS making her payment, even though it may be late. So, i dropped the subject.

She called a few months later and ranted that a few banks had rejected her homeloan application. Serves her right. She now wants to read up on more on how to repair credit rating.
