Bank Charges

I was going through my company’s bank statements just now and was appalled by some atrocious Bank Charges listed on my current month’s statement for our current account. It was for the three checks that were declined earlier by error. We knew of this three days ago as we were notified by the bank earlier and was told they will be returning the check to us for error correction.
Gimme a break. Those error were not from us. It’s a mistake made by their teller and they’s now what? Charging us on for the phonecall made by them to us. Each phonecall is costs $30 per check. And they charged me a whopping $90 for one single phonecall??? What kind of bank is this. If they do not cancel off these charges, we’re going to terminate this account and also send them a lawyer’s letter.
The bank has asked us to conduct all our transactions online, but we cant. They’re offering online banking for both current accounts and savings accounts This is because many of our customers still pay us by checks are many of them are not using the internet. They’re just ordinary folks who still runs brick and mortar business. Moreover, i’m still vary of security issues as far as online banking is concerned.
