I got a refund from Maxis. It wont be much; only 50% off my whopping bill of $440+. It will be reflected in my next bill. I wasnt expecting it as it has already been charged to my credit card as i’m on auto-billing. But i pointed out to them to go through my billing history which will indicate that i’ve not be billed for such an amount before. I’m happy. The customer service put in a few good words for me and got me the refund. *makes mental note to buy hensem lunch*
