We went to a different neighbourhood on Tuesday to look at some new houses. Not bad. But the trend has gone a bit overboard this time. Three-storyed link houses with basement carpark that can be converted to an additional room as well…. what next. That’ll be 4 levels of living space in total. Who in the right mindframe willl like walking up and down so many flights of staircase. My maid will attempt to runaway lidat.

But, the biggest turn off must be the address plaque on the front lawn. With a house that carries a Rm300k+ pricetag, they could’ve done something better than to nail a piece of plank to a pole and stuck it to the ground. With the price poorly scribbled with red paint???!!! Tsk… tsk… tsk…. bad… bad… bad… Better do something about it, Mr. Developer.
