100ml limit for liquids, aerosols and gels in hand luggage

Anyone reading this now better take note that Malaysia will soon impose a 100ml limit for liquids, aerosols and gels in hand luggage for all international flights departing from Malaysia. The restrictions came about after the International Civil Aviation Organisation recommended them to all its 190 member countries, including Malaysia, following a foiled plot which involved liquid explosives concealed in hand luggage on flights from London to the United States on Aug 9 last year.
