I just got off MSN with my cousin sister. I was rather shocked when she told me how narrowly both her husband and she nearly got crushed to death when their roof collapsed in the middle of the night. Oh my god. Thank god nothing happened to them. I remember repeatedly telling them to check out OnCallContractors.com before carrying out any remodelling on their house. They have expert residential contractors and builders who have been pre-screened to meet all of their needs.

They thought they can save some money by asking their plumber to replace a section of their roof when he was fixing their pipes for them. What a huge mistake. As the plumber is not insured nor licensed to carry out such work, they are not entitled to file for insurance claim. They now understand why i stress on the importance of hiring the right residential general contractor prior to carrying out any form of remodelling projects. I hope they’ve learnt their lesson well albeit a very expensive one.
