My friend set up an online business recently. His sales is not bad but he finds that his support department is rather slow in reponding to customers requests and enquiries. He only has two persons manning his support division at the moment and he knows that they cannot cope with the growing amount of incoming email and requests everyday. He needs a software that can help him with his company’e email management and support requests.
I asked him to check out PerlDesk. It’s browser based email management and help desk software application which is designed to streamline the operation of managing emails or support requests. It also has built in tracking and response logging. Just the ideal help desk software for his company. Well, i hope he can better manage his support department once he installs this software. If not, i’m sure all his customers will go away.
