Yesterday, we went to check out some new houses in a newly developed housing area. The houses there are very very big and spacious and i liked it immediately. The price is also right. But we had no way of determining how much the loan would cost us in monthly repayment. We didnt put a downpayment down. Instead we came home and looked up an online mortgage calculator my friend has told us to check out

This mortgage calculator lets us estimate our monthly loan repayments. It also determines out how much of our repayments will go towards the principal and how much will go towards interest. All this is done by keying in ouur loan amount, interest rate, loan term, property tax, PMI and repayment start date then click “Calculate”. Simple, isnt it. Now that we know how much we can afford to pay, we might just buy the house.
