My friend lost a lot of money recently due to a bad investment. If it’s her own savings, she wont be that badly affected. But then, she made the mistake by borrowing to invest. With hardly any savings in her bank account, she now has to sell her house and cars to settle her debts.

Me, i will not borrow money to invest as that can be dangerous. I prefer to invest with my own savings. At worst, i’ll only lose all my savings. If i have nothing to liquidate to repay my debt in the event the investment went bad, i may end up being a bankrupt. Dont ever make the mistake my friend did.
