The Festive Season is over and work starts tomorrow. My company will be organising a dinner end of next month. Someone suggested that we hire a local band back to perform at the dinner but our director turned that suggestion down. Performances are best left for year-end dinner celebrations. When it’s time to enjoy and be merry after a year’s hard work.

This is not the right time. Beginning of the year is a good time to motivate your staff when they return to work after a long holiday. Especially the sales team. We have targets to meet and if they are not motivated, then our company’s progress for this fiscal year will not be met. What we need is a motivational or inspirational speaker to coach our executives.

These business thought leaders will deliver inspiring, useful programs that will help our corporate leadership make 2007 a year to remember. ISB excels at matching specialized speakers with the right events. They can book anyone that we want. We have a few in mind like John Kotter, Michael Feiner and Paul David Walker. Of course, i’ll leave that up to our director to decide whom he wants to speak at our event.
