At the mall today, we were swamped by a group of salesmen at an ongoing Property Fair. They shove tons of brochures into our faces, and were rattling off some jargons that i cannot understand. To tell you the truth, i was rather pissed off by their lack of professionalism. Sometimes, when it comes to selling property, it’s not all about pricing.

Important points like location, size of the property and amenities are just a few to mention. Of course, if i were to invest in properties, i’ll definitely keep myself up-to-date by reading the latest real estate news. It’s a large amount of money that i have to fork out, and i do not want to make a wrong decision and be stuck with a worthless piece of property.
