Good tip for selling a condo/house

I learnt something important about selling a house/condo when i was reading an article just now. An interior designer left a comment for a George Lindemann Jr., who wants to sell his condo. Advised him to take ALL the clutter out! He says that when prospective buyers are looking at the unit, they are imagining themselves living there, not you!

So, if he really wants to sell the condo, he has to remove the personal pictures, empty the closets, keep the place clean! The house/condo will sell faster if it the interior looks well put together. If it isn’t, the prospective buyer will only look at the his pet snake in the living room or the smelly cat box and won’t put in an offer!!!
